Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Strong

The marketplace dropdown fix went live this week, and we also got started on the HubSpot landing-page module work, beginning with the Foundation pieces. I'm currently waiting on a design tools permission from Clarissa to actually create modules in the design manager, but we're already chatting about it and it should be sorted soon. Also pulled the webinar banner down today now that the event has wrapped. Nothing on your end this week.

Progress This Week

User Experience Complete

Marketplace dropdown fix

Fixed the dropdown appearance when the page is resized and the menu shifts to the left. Repro came in Tuesday via the website feedback tool; the fix shipped Wednesday.

Impact: Closes out the dropdown investigation that had been pending since April 22. Dropdown now renders correctly when the viewport narrows.

May 21 Webinar Banner Removed

Pulled the top-bar banner promoting the Q1 hotel profitability webinar once the event concluded.

Impact: Site top-bar reset to default messaging the same day the webinar ended. Bex noted strong registrations through the banner this cycle.

Popup Performance

Request a Demo's still pulling at 2%, with volume continuing to climb (172 conversions on 8,566 impressions). Gated content nudged up to 0.8% (72 conversions on 9,456 impressions), still under where we want it ahead of the planned design refresh.

HubSpot Modules — Foundation pass

Started on the Foundation work: reusable CTA buttons, section header partial, section background partial, and the HubSpot theme audit that informs the rest of the queue. First hours logged this week.

Next step: Resolve the Design Tools permission with Clarissa, then run the theme audit and CTA button system in parallel.

Site Health In Progress

Theme Style Cleanup and Minification

Cleaning, reorganizing, and minifying the theme's CSS to remove redundant declarations and reduce page weight.

Next step: Continue the consolidation pass and QA across templates before pushing live.

Webinar Pages — Awaiting Content Upload

Templates and infrastructure on actabl.com remain complete. Holding for the team to upload the first webinars so we can QA the live pages and ship.

Next step: Final QA pass and launch as soon as the first webinars are loaded.

Next Up

  1. HubSpot Foundation pieces: theme audit, CTA button system, section header partial, and section background partial (all due 5/29).
  2. Quick-win HubSpot modules to run alongside Foundation: Event/Webinar Countdown and Table.
  3. Recurring SEMRush audit campaign rerun (next instance due 5/25).

Things we need from you this week

  • HubSpot Design Tools permission From: Clarissa / Bex

Needed to create and edit modules in the HubSpot design manager. Sent the permission docs in the channel today; should be a quick toggle once you're in front of it.

  • First webinars uploaded From: Actabl team (via Bex)

Whenever the team is ready, getting the first one or two webinars uploaded will let us QA the live pages and ship them. Refresher walkthrough available anytime.

Risks

No risks to report — engagement is on track.
