Weekly WebOps Status Update
May 25-29, 2026
Theme file cleanup was the focus this week while we wait on webinar content, and Clarissa got HubSpot Design Tools access squared away for me. Module work picks back up from there, and Monday's sync sets June priorities.

Site health came back at 93%, just above the top 10% benchmark of 92% and up one point from the prior cycle. The only issue flagged this cycle was a 404 on actabl.com/llms.txt, see the note below in Things We Need From You.

Climbing
Single resource (blog) pages
Small uptick in conversions on more impressions. Design refresh still planned.
Up
Heavy progress this week reorganizing and minifying the theme CSS, consolidating redundant declarations, and pruning oversized font-face files that were dragging on page weight.
Next step: Continue the consolidation pass and QA across templates before pushing live.
Column sizing approach documented this week. Design Tools access is now in place, so the rest of the Foundation pieces can pick up.
Next step: Run the theme audit and the CTA button system next, with the section header and section background partials behind them.
Templates and infrastructure on actabl.com remain ready, waiting on the team to upload the first webinars so we can QA the live pages and ship.
Next step: Final QA pass and launch as soon as the first webinars are loaded.
Whenever the team is ready, getting the first one or two webinars uploaded will let us QA the live pages and ship them. Refresher walkthrough available anytime.
SEMRush flagged a 404 on actabl.com/llms.txt this cycle. If someone on the team set this up or linked to it, send over what you wanted on that page and I'll get it actually working on the site.
Have a great weekend.
