Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Steady

The main thread this week was the cookie consent banner: I traced why it stopped appearing on actabl.com to a Cookiebot authorization issue, and getting it back needs access on the Cookiebot side. I also stood up a hosted email signatures page to fix the Outlook clipping the team was seeing. Product Pages are the next big piece.

Marketing Enablement Complete

Hosted email signatures page

Stood up a standalone email signatures page in the site root that renders the IT-provided signature HTML cleanly, so employees can copy it straight into their Gmail signature settings. Built it because the existing Google Sites page was causing signatures to clip in some Outlook clients. A couple of header refinements go in Monday.

Impact: Gives the team one reliable place to copy a correct, consistent email signature from, and resolves the Outlook clipping the team was seeing.

Request a Demo climbed again to 228 conversions on 11.3K impressions, holding at 2%. Gated Content rose to 133 conversions on 14.7K impressions, steady at 0.9%.

Cookie consent banner: restoring after a Cookiebot error

Bex flagged that the cookie consent popup stopped appearing on actabl.com. I traced it to a Cookiebot error that actabl.com is no longer authorized for the current Cookiebot domain group ID. The fix is on the Cookiebot account side.

Next step: Restore the banner once I have Cookiebot access, or once the team re-adds actabl.com to the authorized domain group.

Webinar pages: awaiting content upload

Templates and infrastructure on actabl.com remain ready, waiting on the team to upload the first webinars so we can QA the live pages and ship.

Next step: Final QA pass and launch once the first webinars are loaded.

Next Up

  1. Product Pages coming over for development, per Clarissa's June 18 note.
  2. Proposed navigation visual updates from the Actabl team.
  3. Email signatures page header tweaks (remove the IT-tools line, add the Actabl logo and label), going in Monday.
  4. Resume the HubSpot module work and theme cleanup.

  • Cookiebot access to restore the consent banner From: Bex (with Actabl IT)

    Thanks for flagging the missing cookie banner. To put it back, I need either login access to the Cookiebot account, or for someone on the team to re-add actabl.com to the authorized Cookiebot domain group. Either one gets it showing again.

  • Access to remove the dev environment From: Bex (with a WP Engine account owner)

    Still on my list to clear out the unused dev environment and bring down WPEngine storage, but my access can't do it. Whenever a WP Engine account owner has a moment, they can remove it or bump my access and I'll handle it. Reversible if we ever need it back.

  • First webinars uploaded From: Actabl team (via Bex)

    Whenever the team is ready, getting the first one or two webinars uploaded will let us QA the live pages and ship them.
