Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Strong

Four major tasks closed this week (Adult Braces link updates, Invisalign link updates, UTM Term tracking on all forms, and navigation bar feedback). Active collaboration with Kyra on homepage Onsite Intro SEO heading placement and copy is in flight. The monthly budget was expanded to 20 hours, and we're at 11.75 used with room to prioritize the May 4 sync call agenda.

Capacity is tracking as expected for the month (~11.75 of 20 hours used).

Adult Braces Link Redirects Updated

Financing/insurance links repointed to microsite pages; book-consult redirected to contact page (Apr 22).

Impact: Outbound flows are properly mapped. Removes dead-end links and keeps visitors in-funnel.

Invisalign Page Updated

Similar link updates and styling improvements as the Adult Braces page (Apr 22).

Impact: Both major service pages — Invisalign and Adult Braces — are now consistent and current.

Tracking & Measurement Complete

UTM Term + Source URL Tracking Added to All Forms

Implemented utm_term parameter and source URL tracking on every website form (Apr 22).

Impact: Ad-group-level attribution is now possible. Kairos can see which ad groups drive form fills and optimize spend accordingly.

User Experience Complete

Navigation Bar Draft Reviewed

Provided feedback on the proposed navigation structure (Apr 22).

Impact: Navigation direction informed ahead of the May sync — reduces the number of decisions that need to be made in-meeting.

Homepage Onsite Intro SEO

Active collaboration with Kyra on heading placement and copy (Apr 21–22). Deciding whether to revert visual display while keeping SEO-optimized title tags.

Next step: Finalize heading approach; implement paragraph copy updates in the 'We Mean It' section and the 'Get Started' anchor text.

    When you're ready: budget is reserved for a landing page SEO update, but we still need a target page. Options are Ceramic Braces, Traditional Braces, or Teen Braces.
