Four major tasks closed this week (Adult Braces link updates, Invisalign link updates, UTM Term tracking on all forms, and navigation bar feedback). Active collaboration with Kyra on homepage Onsite Intro SEO heading placement and copy is in flight. The monthly budget was expanded to 20 hours, and we're at 11.75 used with room to prioritize the May 4 sync call agenda.
Capacity is tracking as expected for the month (~11.75 of 20 hours used).

Impact: Ad-group-level attribution is now possible. Kairos can see which ad groups drive form fills and optimize spend accordingly.

Impact: Navigation direction informed ahead of the May sync — reduces the number of decisions that need to be made in-meeting.
