We had our Monthly Sync Call this Monday and set the priorities for May. Kyra requested that we reopen the discussion around spam submissions on the main contact form, which we are looking into. Priorities this month include implementing the new nav bar and continuing to update SEO pages when content from the Kairos team comes in.

New Adult Orthodontics Landing Page — Live

Built the new Adult Orthodontics page in Webflow per Kyra's content doc and on-page optimization spreadsheet. Hero, treatment-options block, candidate criteria, social proof, pricing/no-hidden-costs, FAQs, and consultation CTA are all in place.

Impact: First of the queued net-new SEO landing pages is shipped and ready for review. Targets 'adult orthodontics jacksonville fl'.

Global Navigation Bar Update

Kyra returned answers May 7 to the open questions from the navigation review: drop Blog from main nav (footer only), keep doctor bios nested under Meet Our Team, and switch the /microsite/overview slug to /services with a 301 redirect from the old URL.

Next step: Implement the agreed nav structure, including the /services slug change and 301 from /microsite/overview.

Contact Form Spam Investigation

Kyra opened a request to revisit spam submissions on the main contact form. Pulled prior context (50 of ~700 form fills were spam at last review) and Kyra shared her current tracking spreadsheet for analysis.
